Spring and NO Break...

not that I would have it any other way. BUT, before I start on the ol' break part, I had to post an adorable picture of Karson and her buddy Logan giggling before the Easter Egg Hunt that took place in the Plano School library last Friday. Nothing says Easter like a hunt in the school library =). The boys tagged along, as usual, and had a blast finding the hidden eggs.

------------

We headed to Fairfield Glade with Matt's parents after school on Friday and stayed through Monday.

The kids enjoyed hiking, biking, throwing rocks in the pond, and swimming in the indoor pool.
I believe Karson is finally enjoying the pool (hallelujah). I bet she jumped in about 500 times.
Miles enjoying a goose.

I do believe Miles is part goose, part boy.

We headed to Louisville on Tuesday afternoon to spend time with my uncle and grandparents. My sister & kids and my mom also came. The kids were great up until bedtime. The whole night was what I like to call "musical beds"--everyone switched beds throughout the night. BUT, no big deal, we survived the night and headed to Louisville Science Center and IMAX on Wednesday morning.

---------------

Thursday was a quiet morning at home, and then we met up with my sister at the park and enjoyed the lovely springy time weather. Isaac had his first tee-ball practice with his team the Sidewinders on Thursday night. I wish I had pictures to post but Miles was napping, and I honestly didn't want to tackle him at the ballpark. He's attached to Isaac's hip at all times.

----------------

Friday the kids spent the morning with Matt's granny. I did a little shopping and picked up some Easter egg dye. Sooo, we spent the afternoon dying eggs. Miles managed to spill his green dye within minutes, but we did salvage some of it.

---------------
We have three birthday parties tomorrow to cap the week off. I believe we will all be pooped and ready for some sense of "normalcy" (if that's possible) next week.
