This is the text I get around this time of the year from my dad! Any of you rebels out there forget? Has your house exploded? I honestly don't know what I would do without my dad or my other dad Colvin. They're the best. My dad checked out garage yesterday because Isaac was convinced he'd left it up. And, of course, he was right. I asked my dad if he could go check on it, and he did. He cased the house and made sure everything was safe. Just a week ago, Isaac was panicking before school because his tire pressure was low. Dad went over to the school and aired them up for him. He's the best y'all! My father in law is too. He takes care of all our vehicles -making sure they are fixed when needed. Because Karson didn't take her car to UL this semester, it's been sitting a little too long. We try to drive it some, but maybe not as often as we should. I drove it around last week, and it kept dying. Colvin suggested I add some Seafoam and good gas. I tried it, but it didn't help. The check engine light popped on. Turned out to be some sort of switch that needed to be replaced. He has it now. I seriously don't know what I would do without my two dads.
Then there's Matt. He's the dad of all dads! He works hard and is such an incredible provider for our family. There are people that simply make you feel better about yourself by being around them. He's that person! Our family is his first priority, and he loves us so much! He loves his students at South and wants good things for them. He love his faculty and is grateful for them. In fact, this morning a little before 6AM, we made a run to Great American Donut shop to get some treats to share.
