Santa's in Town

Ho, Ho, Ho who would know? Ho, Ho, Ho who would know-ow? Out at the mall-all, snap, snap, snap, SantaPlus made our photos just like that. We took the kids to see Santa this afternoon. Karson wanted to put on her Christmas dress for the occasion and told Santa that she wanted a teapot castle (or house that goes with her Ponyville set). It's a good thing Mrs. Claus-Deaton already purchased this coveted treasure back when Toys R Us was giving away all their free gift cards =). Isaac told Santa he wanted a T-Rex. Mrs. Claus-Deaton again translated this into Imaginext Spinosarus which, too, was purchased a few weeks ago. *He already has the T-Rex.* The kids did GREAT with Santa. I was quite surprised.

    What a great photo! Isn't Christmas so much with little kids and the magic. It's still great, but loses some of it's fun when they get older and hand you a list of the video games they want and tell you which store is offering the best deal the day after Thanksgiving. However, it's nice that we're getting to the point where they are excited to receive clothing. That's a plus! But, we still visit Santa at the mall. He's a special Santa!

    I can't believe that Christmas is just 3 WEEKS AWAY!!!!! Mrs. Claus-Hill needs to get very, very busy!! :-)

    I'm jealous because I know that I will not get a picture of both the boys with Santa this year (I didn't get one last year either.) Jack is terrified of him. He scares me a little too.
