She'll go to Plano, it's across the street, we'll be walking there, with our own two feet
She's a good broad =).

*Okay, I like Weebie's new song "Independent". I have liked rap music ever since I can remember--I guess Vanilla Ice or the Beastie Boys were my 1st experience. I download the clean versions although I exposed my 16 year old mind to the explicit lyrics back in the high school =(. I remember my Dad throwing my borrowed Bone Thugs-n-Harmony CD in the trunk on my Galant one day. Whoopsie! I've always enjoyed a wide variety of music including RAP.*

Karson is officially registered at
Plano Elementary.

It's hard to believe my firstborn will be
in Kindergarten this fall.

Oh my, where does the time go????

  1. I loved Bone Thugs and Harmony ... I still have the cassette! I can't believe she'll be in school :(. She'll love it though.

  2. It is hard to believe how the time flies...our girlies will be in school! :-( It makes me even sadder knowing that this is when they sort of all go their separate ways...I rather liked having them all together. We have begun the enrollment process for Natalie Kate too...it is a bittersweet time. Keep your chin up momma! We'll all make it. Maybe we can meet up for coffee that first morning (not that I drink coffee...it just sounded like a mommy school aged kiddo thing to do!)

  3. Doesn't seem possible! I remember you being so very pregnant with her at my wedding :o)
Plano sounds like a GREAT place to start the school experience! Can't wait to hear all about her schooldays.

  4. It is hard to believe that it is time for kindergarten! It makes me sad too, because I know that before I know it, Emma will be off to kindergarten too :-( But I have a feeling that Karson is going to love it!!! I can't wait to hear about her adventures at Plano!

  5. I cannot believe it, I remember bringing you a Capt. D's lunch after you got home from the hospital and laying Chase and Karson next to each other on the ottoman. That couldn't have been more than 2 years ago, three at most!!!

Thanks for peeking into our lives and better yet, taking the time to comment. I love knowing I actually have readers out there.
