This month promised to be an exciting one with lots of different events!
Golf, golf, and more golf (and) tournaments for Miles...
Playing in Madisonville and Central City this month and a tournament tomorrow at Kenny Perry in Franklin.
 |
| Evan has joined us on the GO Junior Golf Series tour. |
 |
| Two peas in a pod! |
Basketball camp for the boys at South...
 |
| Miles won the lay-up award scoring 15 in one minute. |
The kids have been DYING to see the movie The Shallows...so we took some equally excited shark fans to see it last Saturday...

Karson had a two-day basketball tournament and volleyball try-outs but managed to sneak a Beech Bend trip in with her girlfriend Liz Warder. We also planned to go see Ke$ha at the ballpark with Liz and her mom this month. T-shirts are always a must for any concert. I found some fun lyrics, and we got our creative juices flowing and made some jazzy shirts.

Little did we know that the concert would be cancelled - even before our shirts dried =(. We decided we weren't going to let our shirts go to waste and did what we do best - GO TO NASHVILLE and play the ESCAPE GAME. Our Christmas tradition and one of our gifts to the girls is taking them to play and then going to PF Changs each year. We've played The Heist and Prison Break and weren't successful in our attempts to escape. Armed in our Ke$ha shirts and rocking a Ke$ha fat head, we played Gold Rush on Sunday afternoon. And...tada...we escaped. Hip hip hooray - we were finally able to purchase the coveted "I Escaped" shirts. We're convinced Ke$ha was there with us in spirit and helped us get out.

| Victory is spelled PF Changs - lettuce wraps, lo mein and a Great Wall of Chocolate. |
The kids head to Holiday World this Thursday to continue the June fun. It's hard to believe the month is almost over. Wowsers, school is starting to rear its ugly head soon!
